Where a conflict exists between a general bonus term stated here and a specific promotional term communicated at the time of the offer, the specific promotional term takes precedence.
Bonus Credits credited to a spo77 account must be wagered the specified number of times before they become withdrawable. Unless the promotional terms specify otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bets placed on games with an RTP exceeding the promotional threshold, or on markets explicitly excluded by the promotion, will not count toward wagering requirement completion.

A bet is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number has been issued to the Account Holder. spo77 reserves the right to void or decline any bet placed in error — including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds arising from a pricing error — without prior notice.
In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. spo77 employs live data feeds to update odds continuously during events. There may be brief periods during which live betting markets are suspended — particularly around goals, red cards, and other significant in-game events. Bets placed and confirmed before a market is suspended will stand.
spo77 reserves the right to declare a bet void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement beyond 48 hours, identification of match manipulation, system errors resulting in incorrect odds, or clear factual errors in the event description. Voided bets are refunded to the Account Holder's spo77 wallet at the original stake amount.
When building a mix parlay (combination accumulator bet), each selection must be from a different match or event. Correlated selections — such as both teams to score and correct score on the same match — may not be combined in the same accumulator. If one leg of a mix parlay is voided, the bet is recalculated as if that leg were not included, with the overall odds adjusted accordingly.
